Christine Rattanshi is the Owner and Lead Stylist at Blush Home Staging And Design. She has over 20 years experience in Merchandising and Retail Management, but has always had a passion for Interior Design and Decorating. Since finishing her training with Certified Home Staging Professionals in 2018, Blush Home Staging and Design has been helping people market their properties for sale by ensuring it appeals to the target buyer.
In 2020, Blush Home Staging and Design was awarded the RESA Top 10 Rising Star in both Vacant and Occupied Home Staging.

The Process
3 Steps To Get Your Property Ready for Sale
Step 1
The Consultation
This is where we assess the condition of the property. We take notes and photo's as we walk through each room then later compile our recommendations into a report that we will email you.
Step 2
The Preparation
This is where you or your client would review the report and complete the items that have been recommended. Items could include painting, minor repairs, deep cleaning, decluttering and removing and storing certain items.
Step 3
The Showcasing
Once all the prep work has been completed we would come back and stage the property with furniture, art, lighting and accessories. We make sure your property is picture perfect and will appeal to today's buyer. We have many packages available and can work with your budget!
